As mentioned by Gary at our last meeting we have been invited to attend the Sydney Retro Motofest.

We will be registering as a club so if you are interested in going I need names. Tickets will be supplied free for your car and driver. Passengers will need to pay $35.00. Tickets will only be ordered for those who are on the list and entry on the day will only be for cars with pre-ordered tickets.Please email or call me asap.Members only.

Tickets have arrived for Retrofest for those that have pre-booked. You can pick them up from the next meeting or they will be posted out to you along with your magazine after the meeting. There is also an information sheet to accompany your ticket. Gates open at 6.30am

: but club members are asked to arrive approx 7.30 am through Gate A entrance off Ferrers Rd Eastern Creek. All other details are included on your information sheet that will arrive with your ticket. Fingers crossed for the weather and it should be a great day out!!

Ian & Col will be coming down from the Central Coast, will be leaving approx.. 6am

Yes Jagsy, as this has been pre-booked with the organisers, our Club will have an allocated area in the grid area of the South Circuit (Amaroo). If you have a look at the Sydney Motorsport Park or ARDC websites, they should show the grid area, which is 50 meters or so inside the park from entrance gate A.
I will be there around 07.30 and will set up a couple of Club flags in our area. Some instructions from the promoters will accompany your ticket. Cheers, Gary.

I could be in trouble getting in. I usually get my mag Thurs and it always arrives by Friday, but of course it didn't get here this time. I'm in Swansea, I think I better start making some calls.

Tracy tells me that Australia Post did not deliver the Club magazine and enclosed window sticker passes to some Northern members by today, Friday. I gather she will notify the organizers tomorrow and see what arrangements can be made to cater for that problem.
