I tried gas shocks , for a month then removed .
That was my experance . Was an expensive exercise
Unfortunately the C3 rear set up has a mind of its own , controlling it is difficult to say the least ?
With all the bushings and bearing in excellent condition it works reasonably.

I have bilsteins on my 924. They are fantastic and stiffen the car up significantly - on smooth roads at speed that's great. Slow bumpy roads shake the bel out of car and unfortunately driver.
