Just near the pub there is a wooden structure.
300 cubits x 50 cubits x 30 cubits
just in case it rains.

A cubit is generally thought to be approximately 18" to 21"
depending on whether, you are buying or selling.
Selling 18"
buying 21"
sounds like an American system doesn't it

Buy gallons of  8 pints
sell gallons of 6 pints   ( capitalism at it best )

A side thought
Has anyone else noticed?
the similarity  of the financial systems of the present day to that of 1928/9

Doh, one lousy letter.  :banghead: Freudian slip.  I still have cubic inches on my mind

Obviously none of you remember the Bill Cosby skit where the lord tells him to build an ark  :toetapping:  :bag:

Now what was this thread about again..... oh yeah that's right.............

--- Quote from: Midlifecrisis on February 25, 2015, 01:38:20 PM ---Hi everyone. Looking forward to catching up this Sunday. Please note the following reminder: The initially advertised 9:30 am breakfast was moved forward to 9:00 am to ensure a good parking spot. That also means that the meeting time at Heathcote has moved forward to 8:00 am.

Cheers,

Mal.
