Parts form the US - who's the best for shipping?
« on: January 05, 2015, 09:11:21 PM »
It's been a while since I've needed to buy anything, but the time has finally come.  Who's good and who charges like a bull for shipping from the states?  I only need small, light parts, but I'll probably end up with the 'while I'm at it' problem that always seems to occur

Just got gear in from Corvette Central.
Prices and Shipping is reasonable. And super fast!

I've  also just received bits from C'Central - actually two lots, they both arrived in a STD US post pack (like the old VCR box) when I get home I'll have a look at the latest for costs. But I did note with first one that I should have ordered a lot more as they would have fitted in easily as the cost is independent of weight.

Thank guys.  I've been screwed around by CC years ago.  They'd tell you after you've paid that some parts in your order are on backorder and will take a month extra.  Hopefully that's a thing of the past.

Nope it still happens with CC. I like using them they are good on there shipping prices but i now email them my parts list first before I order so they can then inform you if all the parts you want are in stock.
