July 5-6 Xmas In July #CE050 Now with pics
ken glover:
Ken and I are booked in at the Gibraltar looking forward to Christmas in July.
Midlifecrisis:
Dear friends,
This years spectacular “Christmas In July” comes to you with something even bigger than last year. No Santa does not do a skinny dip. We shall offer a pre Christmas in July run for those that want to enjoy a small road trip. I know at least a few couples that would like that.
We shall meet on Saturday the 5th of July at Albion Park MacDonald's (Fine dinning) restaurant located at 251 Princes Highway Albion Park Rail. We aim to meet there any time from 9:30 am (For those that would like a leisurely coffee) & and will hit the Frog and Toad again at 10:30 am for a 1 hour drive to Kevin & Anne Dickens' local the Greenwell Point Bowling & Sports Club 110 Greens Rd Greenwell Point. Thank you Kevin & Anne for organising this venue for us.
This beautiful location will provide some soothing vistas and time to relax and share a few yarns with your mates over a Chardy or two with a good meal in the the Buffet. After we have enjoyed a good break in this oasis of the South you have two options.
1) Head home to continue on with your weekend.
2) Drive back to Gibraltar at Bowral for a drink and then go home to resume your
weekend.
3) Drive back to Gibraltar at Bowral and stay for the Christmas in July night festivities
and night away. Please see the earlier post for details on Gibraltar.
As usual let me and or George know which parts of this weekend you would like to attend so that we can advise Greenwall Point Club and Gibraltar as to how many to expect. You will not want to miss this one!
Cheers,
Mal.
Midlifecrisis:
Just a reminder to tell anyone you know that might just want a day run. They can come to lunch at Greenwell Point and back if you didn't want to go over night.
Please also contact me so I can tally up the expected numbers for lunch and Gibraltar.
Cheers
Mal.
