For Sale 2001 CORVETTE C5 CONVERTIBLE

<< < (2/3) > >>

Vettech:
Yes that's the one I was talking about, I'm sorry now I did not have closer look when at the convention, but at that time with the end of the world imminent I had lost interest, but now! 134 stitches later I do believe I could see me driving a C5. Maybe I've become lazy as the Manual box is still hanging me up . Mr502 -and vetnut have C5 - I wonder if they have any thoughts!?......

bfit:
I had a good look at this one at the conversion .
It would be worth the drive to Canberra  to  have a drive  if a C5 is for you.
It looked ok nd did win its class .
It may negotiate down in price if your there with cash in hand.

MR502 sold his C6 to another Club member some time ago. He's back in a C3 these days.

MR 502:
My 09 was Auto with paddle shift manual, lots of fun. You need to decide Auot or Manual, their is a beautiful red 04 convertible auto and only 29k on the clock, it's been on carsales for a wile now so I'm sure they would move a bit on the price. Drive an auto and a manual before you choose what's best for you, good luck

Vettech:
Ah that's right , now I remember, let's not tell "B" - she already has me down for a bed in the Alhziemers ward. Yes I have seen the two red 04's coupe & conv autos and they are the end of c5 model and low K's but even being newer they still want 69/75. In my world that's a whole lot of money - I could have a Rhine Cruise or something on the difference. I thought I may get a 97 or 98 cheapish, but I never see them come up, currently there are 6 ranging from 99 ~ 04 and $61 thru 85k. Maybe I should worrying about getting more garage space first!?!?.
