Ok, i thought i would post this video about Australian Customs and Importing a Car.. this is a true story..

Watch it... you will be amazed what this guy went through !! to bring in a 58 Corvette......'

After all that, he paid the taxes anyway  - "Oh and out of curiosity - its now 2014, have they released your vehicle yet?" - "Yes, though only after paying the extortion fee. No questions were answered... they remain unanswered".

True Scott, it was no stock 58 Corvette, he was lucky he wasn't in N.S.W.  cause he would have not even got to first base. , the reason I posted it was that I found it typical about government entities. . and it was an interesting watch.
