Todays recipe comes from the Kitchen of the Wilsons. if you attended the Xmas Picnic at Avon you'll know exactly what this is. This dip was gone before it hit the table
Definate addition for the xmas celebrations
1 Avocado
1 carton Sour Cream
1 jar Salsa (I use mild as we don't like it too hot)
1 pkt Taco Seasoning mix
2 tomatoes (or more if you need it)
1 small spanish onion
Grated tasty Cheese.
Method:
1. Mash Avocado on plate.
2. Spread over with Salsa.
3. Mix Sour Cream and Taco Seasoning.
4. Pour/spread over Salsa.
5. Finely dice spanish onion and sprinkle over dip.
6. Dice tomatoes and sprinkle over dip.
7. Sprinkle on top with grated cheese.
Serve with Corn Chips or Crackers.
