1969 Big block
« on: May 13, 2014, 07:12:32 PM »
Hi all this is my first post on here.
There is a 69 big block 4 speed for sale in the club magazine. I was wondering if anyone on here knows anything about this car? I am waiting for the owner to send me some pics but dont know anything else about. Was also wondering about values for these cars? Any information greatly appreciated. Cheers Glenn

Hi glenco,

This car appeared in the club magazine back in August 2012, so it’s been sitting for a while. If you have no luck with a reply from the owner I’d definitely take a look at the 68 Tri power as suggested. It is one very nice unit.

Thanks for the replies. That 68 tri power is a really nice car but unfortunately but budget doesnt stretch that far. 72 vet I was wondering where you got the pic from? Have you got any others? And 69 dirty rat I was talking to you a while back at Cars & Coffee? After seeing your car, got me interested in big blocks! Cheers All

Copied the pic from the Aug 2012 club magazine. Sorry that’s the only pic I have of the car.

The 69 is Daytona yellow
That's has to be a deal clincher

Bro do yourself a favour and find the extra money for that 68.... a buck saved on purchase price can quite easily work out to be 1000 bucks in repairs later on  :tears:

Yep Iknow what you're saying Jethro, But I would have to get a divorce if I spent that much on another car :thumb:
